Prevelle-Silk
Of the many injectible fillers offered at The Maas Clinic and the Appearance Care Center is PREVELLE SILK, a hyaluronic acid facial filler manufactured by Mentor Corpration. PREVILLE SILK is the first hyaluronic acid product to contain a local anesthetic called lidocaine. PREVELLE SILK has proven to be effective in smoothing lines and wrinkles with minimal irritation. PREVELLE SILK does not contain animal products therefore no pre-testing is necessary before use. PREVELLE SILK consists of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance already found in your body.
PREVILLE SILK has been approved for use in filling wrinkles around the mouth and the nasolabial folds, or the “smile lines” around the mouth. PREVELLE SILK has a low incidence of treatment-related reactions, which may include minimal redness, swelling or bruising. Patients experience little to no downtime following PREVELLE SILK treatments. And, PREVELLE SILK is particularly effective in treating facial fine lines in delicate areas.
Results are immediate. Following treatment, most people return to their normal activities without noticeable redness or swelling. As with all hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers, PREVELLE SILK’S results are temporary, lasting from 3 to 4 months.
