EVOLENCE® and EVOLENCE® BREEZE™
One of the many injectible fillers offered at The Maas Clinic and The Appearance Care Center, is EVOLENCE®, a dermal filler that replaces the collagen you’ve lost over time with a natural collagen that lasts. It immediately improves you appearance by smoothing out wrinkles and folds and restoring structure in collagen-depleted areas. The visible, natural results are achieved immediately, with minimal-to-no downtime, so you can walk out of the office looking beautifully refreshed. Results have been clinically proven to last at least 6 months.
Although new to the US, EVOLENCE® has been used extensively in Canada, Europe and Israel for several years. Dr. Maas is a national injector trainer for Janssen Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer of EVOLENCE® and therefore has extensive experience with the product, as wells as training other physicians to inject the product.
EVOLENCE® is a unique filler material that is made of natural collagen, a protein that is responsible for skin structure and strength. Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body. The collagen in EVOLENCE® has been extensively purified and then cross-linked with natural sugar through an innovative process called GLMATRIX technology. This allows it to integrate beautifully and support your skin’s own existing collagen network by adding structure, strength and volume.
EVOLENCE® is recommend for the correction of moderate-to-deep facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, the ones that appear from you nose to the corners of your mouth (“smile lines”).

Both dermal fillers work by replacing collagen with collagen in areas where it has been depleted over time, for natural-looking results.
EVOLENCE® products are recommended for the correction of fine-to-moderate nasolabial wrinkles and folds ("smile lines"), and for the correction of contour deficiencies or defects of soft tissue. The fine consistency of EVOLENCE® BREEZE™ also makes it well suited for areas such as corners of the mouth and the fine lines around the mouth commonly referred to as "smoker lines".
